I wish I’d known about this place earlier the menu looked amazing, sadly we had already eaten when we arrived here, but we did have room for a tasting paddle.
I didn’t even know Siem Reap had a micro-brewery. And the best thing, it’s within walking distance from Pub Street. Whilst the beers are more expensive than the beers on Pub Street it is definitely worth a visit.
They brew 5 beers on site and for any beer lover this would be heaven! I’m not a lover of beer, and didn’t think I could get through a pint of each, but I still wanted to try as many as possible, so we went with the tasting paddle so we could try 4 of the beers.
Blonde Ale – 4.5% very smooth and easy to drink
Golden Ale – 5% this was a little more bitter and delicious.
Indian Pale Ale – 6.5% very bitter, but still very easy to drink
Dark Ale – 6% I’m not a fan of dark beers, so it was no surprise this one wasn’t my favourite, but one of the guys we were with loved this one.
Honey Weiss – 5.5% – We didn’t get to try this one, so I guess that’s just an excuse to go back to Siem Reap.
Oh yeah and there is also an endless supply of nuts!
